Tom Birkett is with State Fund’s Safety Support and Safety Seminar Team where he is a Senior Loss Prevention Engineer and a Certified Safety Professional. Prior to joining State Fund Tom was a compliance officer with Cal/OSHA and was also the Corporate Risk Manager for a large construction firm. Tom has over 15 years of safety and health experience both in the private and public sectors.
